Bought a BMW 1 Series from The Value Car Centre in the summer. Great car for a great price and the process from start to finish was excellent. A couple of months after purchasing it there was an issue with the traction control light flashing. Took it back and without hesitation Andy arranged for it to be repaired on the same day. A superb level of service that is unmatched in my experience of buying a car.

We saw the reviews for this company and were impressed. Found a very nice Ford Fiesta they were selling and when we went to see it , they were very helpful but not at all pushy !. We bought the car and are very pleased with it. If you are looking for a reasonably priced car , we would definitely recommend them !. Thanks guys !.

knowing very little about cars But the staff were friendly and left me alone to have a look around myself. They were able to answer all my questions and help me to make a decision based on the what was best for me (a rare treat from car shops!). The value car centre were wonderful and their knowledge of cars was brilliant. I can't thank them enough - have gone away knowing exactly what I want and know that the team there are going to help me get it for the right price. Would definitely recommend it!! After my last car blew its engine I inquired about a white fiesta ST similar to what I had that I had seen on their website. Phone service was initially very friendly and he found all the paperwork on the car and told me everything he knew about it. Told me if I wanted it to be fast as it was sat on the front of the forecourt and had gathered a lot of interest. He even offered on the phone to do a credit check after I said I would need finance and was not pushy when I said no. My dad then went to view the car for me whilst I was at work and told me it was in top notch condition and he had managed to get a small discount on price and that they had removed it from the forecourt immediately after he put a deposit down. When I went to look at the car myself I was over the moon with it, bodywork was in 100% condition and under the bonnet was mint. I spoke to the salesman asking if instead of a discount he would offer to re-tax it for 12 months. He not only taxed it but also gave me a fresh MOT and service (which it was due) and cleaned it all within the few days that I asked to be able to pick the car up for!! Service was not at all pushy, just a nice friendly and jokey atmosphere. They even sorted out short term finance for me and fully explained it. Car has given me no problem whatsoever and is sweet as a nut. Can not beat these guys. If youre reading this, good job chaps and thank you for an amazing service.

I formally want to recognize and thank Andy Rose for helping me to purchase a Citroen Picasso from THE VALUE CAR CENTRE. I believe that his knowledge of automobiles and professional manner dealing with me should not go unnoticed. I have to admit that Mr. Rose made me feel comfortable throughout this buying experience and answered all my questions prior to purchasing the vehicle. I really would like Andy's supervisor to be aware of his friendly and proficient manner as it made my search and ultimate acquisition possible with ease and no complications. I felt that this should not go unnoticed from his record of performance which has compelled me to comment favorably recognizing his efficient and professional manner.

This is to say thank you to Andy Rose and the team at Value Car Centre, my husband and myself picked our 'new' pre-owned car up last Friday and after being else where to look at cars, found it extremely refreshing to do business with the team. We didn't feel any pressure to buy, and they had all the time in the world for us to make our minds up which car we where interested in, and when eventually we did(not the original one we went to look at!) and took it on the test drive we where able to take as long as we felt we needed. Once the decision was made to buy the car again no pressure at all to pay up front just a small deposit was needed. If you are reading this please do not take any notice of the negative reviews, as in our opinion we would certainly recommend The Value Car Centre to friends and family, and when we come to change our next car they will certainly be our first place to visit. I fully recommend The Value Car Centre - every person I have dealt with there is professional, informative and friendly, and made buying a second hand car stress free. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and when I found a couple of issues with the car (which on any second hand car you are going to have), they sorted it out quickly and with no hassle. I'm very confident I've got a good car and will definitely look to them for my next purchase.

Jay, Andy and John are a delight to deal with - made us feel quite at ease, explained everything and took a great deal of time to ensure we were happy with the car we were purchasing. They all went the extra mile during our purchase and after sales service. Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. I had been looking for weeks for a car that had to be automatic as I'm a disabled pensioner, I had searched the internet including eBay, auto trader etc. and walked around countless car sales sites being harassed by eager beaver car sales men, while in Norwich with my other half last week I had done the usual trudging round car sales lots then I came upon The Value Car Centre, I was firstly impressed by the amount of good quality clean cars offered for sale, I was thinking to myself I wonder how far could I get around this site before I was grabbed by yet another overpowering sales man, I was very surprised that at this place it did not happen, in fact a very nice fella said help yourself have a good look around & if we can help just ask how refreshing I thought, it immediately put me at ease, I found the car that I had been looking for, just great my search was over, I spoke to the guys in sales and bought it there and then, Thank You The Value Car Centre for the hassle free purchase of my vehicle and in the words of Arnie I'LL BE BACK p.s.
