Brought a used car from here and had a fantastic experience! Reserving the car was quick and easy over the phone, car was ready for me to look at at the agreed time. I didn’t feel hassled - I was left to look at the car in my own time with them there for any questions I had afterwards! I hadn’t planned to trade in my car after assuming I wouldn’t get for it what I was hoping to get on a private sale, but they asked me if I wanted to trade it in and gave me a pric (which was a very very fair price to start with!) and then matched what I said I wanted for my car! I was quoted £1K less elsewhere so I was very pleased with this and saved me all the hassle of selling my car which was a bonus. Car was MOT’d and serviced before collection and the whole process was smooth and easy. We dealt with Jay who was fantastic but everyone there was really lovely. Would definitely come back in the future when the time comes to upgrade again! Many thanks guys :)

I bought a Tesla Model 3 Performance from the guys at TVCC, really nice, friendly and not pushy. Unaccompanied test drive, as much time as I wanted to look at the car. Allow you to secure a car with a small deposit taking the potential stress of missing out of the car. I highlighted some issue with the car all of which they sorted (or made provision to sort) before I collected the car. Owning the car for 2 months now, I've had one or two issues which they have resolved without push back. Overall I would buy from them again, and have recommended them to friends and family. Great work Jay and Jason.

Have bought our last 2 cars from here and wouldn't go anywhere else now. (Passat then Seat Leon) Service is outstanding, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Jay, John and the team genuinely want you to be happy with your car. A couple of very minor teething troubles were sorted out the same day, even coming to our home to do the small repairs needed. Anyone considering buying a car from VCC should be completely confident - I recommend to everyone!

Bought a 2012 A4 Quattro Avant from this garage. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me a good deal with 3 months free warranty on major components and were happy to service the car for me, even though one was not due. After I got the car I realised the rear parcel shelf was missing. No problem, a quick phone call and they ordered another one and posted it to me. I feel that any issue is handled promptly with minimum hassle to the customer. Thoroughly recommend.

Brought a car from them a month ago now, no problems with car and no problems with the value car centre. next car which we are looking to replace wifes one will most likey come from here. Great service can not fault in anyway
